Walking Hostelling

The Bristol Walking and Hostelling Group

Free walking attend a couple of events for free and if you like the group why not join us for the year the annual membership is £9.00 per year which includes basic insurance.

The Walking group has a good socialble and friendly atmosphere.

If you enjoy the outdoors then this group will suit you and we look forward to meeting you shortly.

We have and continue to use any of the following options for weekends away.

Hostels, Camping Barns, Camping sites, Bed and Breakfast in fact any option that suits the weekend.

Social activities include trips to the Theatre, Walking days and weekends.

The Walking days occur mainly on a Sunday but occassionally a Saturday, Typically 7 Miles

Tuesday Nights in the summer we do short evening walks  typically 3-4 max miles.

Tuesday Nights we invite Lecturers in to our meeting place to give talks on all sorts of subjects.

We do do longer distances but the members seem to favour about 7 miles casual walking and talking as we go.
